XTM’s cutting-edge, standards based translation management technology is designed to allow us to streamline our localization process. We spent the better part of a year assessing potential vendors, and we found XTM Suite to be the most cost effective solution for our needs.

You should consider testing XTRF-TM. It is an online Customer, TM, Terminology, Translation environment. You are able to manage customers, translators, projects, TM and Terminology.
We are using it for our all projects in our agency in Brazil.
By the way, it is cheaper and better than SDL Trados, Across, and other (in my point of view). It is worth trying.

We are excited about our partnership with XML-INTL and feel that this new translation module is a natural extension of the DITA CMS. We strongly believe that their cutting-edge translation management technology – namely the translation memory and the terminology management tools - will appeal to many of our customers who wish to streamline their localization process.

If you want a great tool at a reasonable price, I recommend you connect with any member of the XTM sales team. XTM has a flexible tool that leverages cloud technology in addition to all the traditional bells and whistles. I've seen about a dozen demonstrations of Translation Management tools in the last 8 months, and XTM was clearly a lot of bang for the buck. This tool is strong right out of the box. If anybody would like a candid off the record private conversation about the companies I reviewed, I'd be happy to talk via Skype or phone.

Just made the switch from Trados to XTM Cloud. So far, it seems like the best thing I've done in ages. As an OS X user, I had to rely on virtualization to be able to use Trados, and I've been looking for an alternative for a long time, discarding Wordfast Pro, Heartsome and similar applications in the process. XTM Cloud is pretty intuitive, once you rid yourself of the Trados mindset, and, for a web based interface, it's pretty snappy. QA is not as extensive as in some of the most popular CAT tools, but it works, and the concordance and suggestion tools available seem to work better for me, than the ones offered in Trados Studio. File conversion is not foolproof, but their support is very helpful. It takes a little time to set all the parameters associated with each client, but once it's done, it's very easy to create projects. Word count / analysis and progress measuring is easier and faster than in Trados Studio! It supports all the file formats that I work with (and many more) - Microsoft Office, InDesign, XML, and HTML, as well as XLIFF and TTX for those who rely on agencies sending out Trados formats.
In summary, performance is fast, no stability issues so far (knock on wood), and usability is different, but definitely not harder than Trados/SDLX......I think I just got myself a new CAT tool.

Thank you for your help and patience. The tech support you provided was excellent. Knowledgeable and very fast, as well, so I did in fact just meet my deadline, which I could not have done without your help.

XTM has been an integral part of our growing translation business and has contributed greatly to our efficiency and accuracy. We tested different translation software, and concluded XTM offers the best overall solution for our translation agency needs. XTM Cloud is straight-forward to use for professionals in different locations and we have benefited greatly from building translation memories through XTM.

In every way, XTM is really freelancer-friendly. For the last 3 days, I have been quite happy to have met XTM which helped me translate 20,000 words in 3 days (of course I used my existing TMs). However, XTM's part in this work was undebatebly great. Only about 15 buttons on the screen, therefore you do not feel like a pilot flying over Atlantic and you do not have work on the same computer all the time. You can just log into your account and work smoothly on any computer with an internet connection. I am very grateful to you and what you have achieved is more than I expected. Respect!
